UPLOAD YOUR FREE PROVIDER LISTING
Firstly, check you are not already in the Nashville Health & Wellness Providers listings:
1) Please first look up by your Organization’s name to see if you are in the Listings.
2) If you are, please check we have your basic information accurately entered:
- Organization Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- The category of service you provide
If the information is incorrect, please email: production@phrmedia.com supplying us with the your Organization’s name and the correct details.
3) You are allowed a maximum of ONE basic entry in ONE category, free of charge.
4) Extra basic entries cost $10 a month. Use the Upload form to add any extra Categories you want to be listed under. (This can be billed monthly on a credit card)
5) If you wish to enhance your entry to include: Logo, web address, email contact and 25 word description, please complete the extra information on the Upload form, we will contact you for Billing arrangements, which can be paid monthly on a credit card
