For the past 20 years, I have worked as a music industry executive, but my passion for music and its healing properties eventually led me to become a certified Sound Healer. Like many others, I experienced burnout over a decade ago, which led me to a short-lived depression. It was during this challenging period that I came across Sound and Energy Healing. The positive effect it had on me encouraged me to help others and pursue Sound Healer certification. Since then, I have been living a more conscious lifestyle, and have helped many others to experience the benefits of sound healing.
Using sound frequencies as a healing vehicle has been a popular and effective practice for centuries, with roots in indigenous cultures across the globe. It involves using various healing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks to produce sounds that stimulate the body’s natural healing process. These sound vibrations help to restore balance, release blockages, and create a deep sense of relaxation, which promotes physical and emotional well-being.

Those attending the Nashville Wellness Fest on May 6 can expect to experience the benefits of sound healing during a sound bath. They will be lying down on yoga mats while I play various healing instruments with the intention of taking them on a sonic journey into an altered state of consciousness. It will be an immersive experience, with the sound frequencies washing over them, providing a deep sense of relaxation and promoting physical and emotional healing.
I am thrilled to be a part of the Nashville Wellness Fest and to offer attendees an opportunity to experience the benefits of sound healing firsthand in this free workshop. I look forward to meeting you all and taking you on a sonic journey to promote healing and relaxation. Just make sure to bring your own yoga mat!
