Hello, #FitTribe! I’m Dr. Cedrina, aka FitDoc®, a board-certified preventive medicine physician, public health leader, health and wellness expert, and fitness guru. Through my signature programs, wellness products and speaking platforms, I empower individuals to optimize their wellness so they can improve their health, transform their lives and become the best version of themselves.

As a preventive medicine physician and health expert, my goal is to teach individuals simple ways to make healthy lifestyle changes. They know they want to want to live longer, feel better and look better but don’t know where to start. Believe it or not, healthy living does not have to be complicated, but too often people become overwhelmed when they think about living a healthier lifestyle.

Here’s what you will learn from this workshop:

  1. Understand the 4 basic pillars of healthy living and their importance.
  2. Learn simple ways to develop healthier eating habits.
  3. Understand the benefits of regular physical activity.
  4. Identify reasons you aren’t getting enough sleep.
  5. Review methods to manage stress.
  6. Discover strategies to create your own healthy living action plan.
