Our regular recipe contributor, Laura Lea has created a yummy milkshake that will leave you coming back for more! Her Healthy Vanilla Milkshake is all things creamy, cool and luscious, and it will absolutely become a summer staple in your house. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 large ripe banana (approx. 3/4 cup 1-inch banana pieces)
2 medjool dates (buy with pit in then remove pit)
2-3 tablespoons raw cashews
1 teaspoon vanilla powder (or extract)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup steamed & cooled cauliflower florets
1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in the order listed in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Optional || garnish with chocolate shavings and cherries for dipping
