OrangeTheory Fitness
Designed for all fitness levels, Orangetheory is a full body workout, focused on training Endurance, Strength and/or Power. Orangetheory uses heart rate based interval training, which burns more calories post workout than a traditional exercise.

Claiming to be ‘the best in town’, Hotbox kickboxing programs are beginner friendly, accommodate clients at every fitness level and is arguable the most intensely effective fitness concept you have ever experienced. Athleta offers free fitness classes every Saturday morning at 8:30 AM. From bootcamp to group runs to yoga and more, it’s all free! Go get your sweat on and then shop after before they open the store to the public.
