A new gym is opening in Nashville, part of the F45 Training network. It will officially open its first Nashville location in Midtown this Saturday, Oct. 5. Located at 2317 Elliston Place.
F45 originated in Australia, and has grown to train millions of fitness enthusiasts around the world. According to the Guardian, “The Australian-born brand – the F stands for “functional” and the 45 for the duration of the workout in minutes – founded in Sydney in 2011 by the equities trader-cum-entrepreneur Rob Deutsch, has since spread to 37 countries, boasting more than 1,320 franchises, with gyms in Sweden, Estonia and Wales.”
The gym offers a range of group classes, which focus on cardio, weighted exercises and bodyweight repetitions. The owners are offering a free class at 9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. There will be “VIP discounts from local health + wellness partners like Juice Bar and Taziki’s, as well as other specials and giveaways”.
