A new restaurant, CoreLife Eatery, has recently opened in Murfreesboro. They aim to “bring clean, healthy and great tasting foods to everyone every day”. All their ingredients are free of GMO’s, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners and other artificial additives. Their chicken and steak are sustainably raised, and never ever given antibiotics or hormones and they buy local “when and where we can”. Part of a nine state franchise operation, Core Life Eatery also have some excellent blogs with advice on eating, vitamins and nutrition.
They also offer advice on how to complete their CoreLife 21 day Challenge that helps “get you recharged, refueled, and on the path towards living a healthier lifestyle”.
