We will send you a confirmation email and notification of the first issue in which your ad will appear. If your order and artwork is received before the 15th of the month it will appear in the next month's issue.

Advertisement sizes and specs

Full page: 9.75” wide x 10.25” tall.
Half page horizontal: 9.75” wide x 5” tall.
Quarter page: 4.7” wide x 5” tall. Eight page: 2.5” wide by 5” tall.

Files for print-ready ads must be submitted in PDF format. Fonts and images must be embedded (All images CMYK and 300dpi). Compress with Zip 8 bit Compression resolution 300 and Quality Set to maximum.

If supplying EPS and TIFF format images, image resolution to be minimum 300 dpi on all images. Include layered Photoshop. If revisions are anticipated. All necessary linked images must be included in digital. (TIFF, EPS, BITMAP, etc.)
