Their menu is a combination of southern classics like biscuits & gravy, brunch class including their variations of eggs benefits, and some healthy favorites like their veggie bowl perfect for any vegetarian. Owners of Wild Cow opened Graze almost two years ago and has thrived as a great plant-based spot. They bring their plant-based spin to biscuits & gravy, burritos, rancheros, and some seriously delicious loaded fries. Their dishes feature seitan, tempeh, tofu, and cauliflower in place of many traditional meat products but don’t worry just because they are plant-based they don’t lose out on any of the flavors.
Butcher & Bee
Location: Main St., East Nashville
Hours: 10 AM, 11 AM – 2 PM Friday through Sunday
With a goal in mind to support local farmers and implement sustainable practices, this restaurant from Charleston brought their ideas straight to Nashville. Their collection of small plates and cocktails feature unique ingredients, who knew whipped feta and honey could make the perfect food marriage. This European bakery and restaurant is an East Nashville favorite. The menu is full of delicious European-inspired dishes, and serves a range of seasonal dishes. The brunches at Marché are really popular, but are definitely worth the wait!
